Act on Complaints, Whistleblowing and Reporting of Abuses (also known as the „Whistleblower Protection Act” or „Complaints Act”), which transposes the provisions of the EU Whistleblowing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report violations of EU law into Hungarian law.
