Complaint and reporting abuse.

Act XXV of 2023 on Complaints, Whistleblowing and Whistleblowing Rules (also known as the "Whistleblower Protection Act" or "Complaints Act"), which transposes the provisions of the (EU)2019/1937 "Whistleblowing Directive" on the protection of persons reporting violations of EU law into Hungarian law.

It is of paramount importance for our Group to comply with current regulatory requirements and to provide an opportunity to report complaints and abuse.

Reporting in bad faith

If the investigation of the notification shows that the notification is unfounded and the notifier knew or should have known with due diligence (bad faith notifier), this may have consequences.
